With over 15 years of executive experience in the cleaning services industry and more than a decade dedicated to the cleaning business, the Thomaz DaCosta family established Modular Concepts based on their values and culture. A hallmark of our company is our PERFORMANCE-BASED COMMITMENT.

Remarkably, none of our customers are bound by contracts, and cancellations have been exceedingly rare since our inception.

The few cancellations serve as a constant reminder that there’s always room for improvement, and our commitment to excellence extends to our hiring and training practices. Our attrition rate is exceptionally low, a testament to our NO CONTRACTS philosophy.
