"I am very fortunate to have Modular Cleaning take care of all aspects of building cleaning at 2 of my locations. The Main Campus is a 65,000 square foot residential and school environment. The cleaning crew is exceptional in their attention to detail. I receive compliments frequently from visitors as well as from staff on how clean and well cared for the buildings are. The owner of Modular Cleaning visits frequently to assure that we receive the top quality services which he demands of his staff. We have been long time customers because of the quality received and the fact that I do not have to worry about any aspect of cleaning being done properly. Keep up the great work!"

"We switched to Modular Cleaning Concepts a few months ago and have been so happy with this transition! My colleagues and I immediately noticed the change and remarked that the building smelled clean and presented better upon arriving in the morning. The staff also follow through on all the assigned cleaning tasks, which has been great for staff who had to do extra work to make up for our previous cleaners to meet health inspection requirements. And most importantly, the business is led by Luiz Thomas, a man with integrity, character, compassion, and a solid work ethic."

"Modular Cleaning Concepts offer amazing cleaning services. They are not only professional, but most importantly provide exceptional attention to detail. They have been taking care of our large facility here in Marlborough, MA for nearly 3 years. The owner Luiz is always available for any questions or concerns and stops by in person to make sure that our needs are being met by his team. He prides himself on offering courteous service and his work ethic is second to none. I would highly recommend them!"

Modular Concepts has cleaned the 15,000 sq ft VentureX facility in Marlborough, where I have a private office, since it opened in April 2019. Their cleaning crew is there every evening and they are personable, very focused on their work, do a great job, and its the same people since they started this job almost a year ago. The owner of Modular is seen touring the facility on a regular basis to make sure the work is done right. I highly recommend Modular to anyone looking to get the job done right!

"Modular Cleaning Concepts has been meticulous in cleaning my doctor's office and the fee is very reasonable with no contract. We are pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. The owner stops in frequently to ask if there are any improvements needed in their cleaning, which is reassuring that he cares enough that the business is perfect for their clients. We highly recommend Modular Cleaning Concepts!"
