Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waives any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND MODULAR CONCEPTS LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
