Your building gets a dedicated crew, and those same people return for each visit. Before they start, we record entry codes, alarm steps, and any rooms that stay off limits. The crew works through the written scope on the schedule you chose. That includes medical and dental offices with long VCT corridors, town-center offices with tile lobbies, light industrial shops on epoxy, and older buildings with terrazzo. We work on hard surfaces only. We do not refinish wood floors or polish concrete, and we do not take on retail storefronts or homes.
Every number starts with the walkthrough. We measure the space, count restrooms, note the floor types, and agree on a visit frequency with you. Routine cleaning and periodic floor work appear as separate lines, so a yearly strip and wax never hides inside a monthly total.
